Where do my files go?
After checkout, two things happen immediately: (1) You receive an order confirmation email with a download link. (2) Your files appear in your account under Order History → Downloads. You can access them from any device, any time.
What file types will I receive?
This varies by product. Each listing states exactly what you'll receive — common formats include PNG, PDF, SVG, ZIP archives, or a Canva template link. The file type is always listed on the product page before you purchase.
Do I need special software?
Most products work with free software. Canva is free at canva.com and handles most editable templates. PNGs open in any image viewer. PDFs open in any PDF reader. Specific software requirements are listed on every product page.
How long do I have to download?
Download links are valid for 30 days with up to 5 download attempts. If you need extended access, contact us — we're happy to help.
